TSX Challenge Update for COVID-19

We hope you and your family are doing well. As various local, state, national and international advisories and restrictions are put in place in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, we are updating our cancellation policy for all current and prospective 2020 and 2021 participants.

For all 2020 and 2021 participants who cannot or choose not to travel at the time of their trek, a credit for the full amount paid will be rolled forward and available for use through July 1st, 2022. The credit may be applied to any TSX Challenge experience, and may be transferred to family or friends.

*Update as of 11/17/20* At this time, our 2021 treks remain on as scheduled, beginning with our spring Grand Canyon Challenge series in late March. We had a successful, COVID-19-free season in 2020 operating under our COVID-19 Mitigation Plan as accepted by the National Park Service and National Forest Service, and we plan to do the same for 2021.

For some, our small group, remote setting experiences may be viewed as a preferable local escape compared to large group vacation destinations. For others, we understand that individual circumstances may result in a decision to suspend travel or group experiences of any size at this time.

We’re here to support both decisions, and hope this revised cancellation policy makes it easier to join or leave a trip this coming year with confidence.

We will continue to monitor advisories and restrictions, and appreciate your understanding as we evaluate the latest developments and respond in the best interest of the TSX Family.
