Forest Peri

Can you find me in the picture above? I grew up in the Bay Area and spent much of my childhood backpacking in the Sierra Nevada with my parents. An appreciation for nature has always been an integral part of who I am. I’m constantly learning about both biotic and abiotic elements—through academic studies and firsthand experiences in the wilderness.

In recent years, I’ve been working as a biologist, primarily studying frogs. My work involves backpacking through the High Sierra and the Klamath Mountains to collect data. I’ve also been exploring and guiding on new terrain like the Grand Canyon, Lost Coast, and more with TSX. I love sharing the backcountry with others!

In my free time, I love rock climbing and snowboarding, and everything outdoors.
